When we realized we had become about agents, and letting them take short cuts in marketing because "we don't need to the market is great", we let them start their own company. We partnered with HomeDipity! to access their Aspirational Listing System that has proven to cut time on market and increase sales prices, while most importantly increase seller certainty.
